Joe and I began exploring this beautiful state of North Carolina 12 years ago. We fell in love with Winston-Salem and decided to move to this area. We are so glad that we did. We absolutely love it here and cannot imagine living anywhere else.

Over 10 years later we still feel the same way about Winston-Salem ! It is a wonderful place to live, with so much to offer. Plus the weather is much milder than our home states of Pennsylvania and Michigan !

We began working together in Real Estate over three years ago, then decided to start our own company in 2008, Beautiful Homes NC Realty.

Since we are from out-of-state and have moved many times ourselves, being in the real estate industry was a perfect fit for us. We love helping others with their real estate sales or purchase! We want to make this a memorable experience and as stress free as possible.

We love the outdoor activities in North Carolina and absolutely love fly-fishing, exploring the Blue Ridge Parkway, photography, traveling, dogs, antiquing, collecting vintage things, and most of all we enjoy spending time with our families "Up North". We are a down to earth couple that believe that faith in God, love for family, and enjoying the small things in life, make our lives rich and happy.

Susan Tilley

A lifelong native of the Triad, my real estate specialty is new home construction. My

husband, Pete, and I built custom homes for 28 years in and around the Forsyth County area. I enjoy assisting my clients from the ground up - selecting property, home plan designs, and a reputable builder. Interior design has been a lifelong love, as well as the art of faux painting and other forms of creative design.

My heart is our two children, Jeremy and Melissa. We also have a third child - Abigail -an English Golden Retriever who has tireless energy and endless love!

When not helping my client’s sell, buy, or design a new home, I enjoy a bit of relaxation by being with my family, as well as gardening, and spending time by the ocean!

I attend Clemmons Moravian Church and sing in the choir. I have lived in the Lewisville/Clemmons area for 30 years.

Nicky Cannon

I have lived in Winston-Salem since 2002. You can tell immediately that I am not native to the area. The strong British accent is a bit of a giveaway!

I became licensed to sell real estate in 2003 and quickly learned the area, working from Greensboro to Mount Airy and everywhere in between. I have worked with both Piedmont Triad natives and with international clients and so far, apart from the accent, no one has suspected that I’m from ‘round here!

Renee Shandra

My hometown is Virginia Beach, VA. My husband, Chris, and I moved to the Lewisville/Clemmons area 16 years ago. We have been married 18 years and have three beautiful girls. Cycling is a favorite pass time of mine and I have had the priveledge of riding in the Tour to Tanglewood. Our family is very active in the community. My girls play in several sports at West Forsyth and Meadowlark Middle. We are members of Family Tabernacle Church in Lewisville, where I sing on the praise team.

I have been involved with real estate for over ten years, as both owner and manager of several investment properties. After exploring the market in search of a new home of my own, I realized that I had a “knack” for real estate.
